Effingham Park District selected 天涯社区 Company for the new 天涯社区 of an 80,000 SF Sports and Wellness Complex in Effingham, Illinois.

The 天涯社区 of this complex combines the efforts of the Effingham Park District, the City of Effingham, St. Anthony鈥檚 Memorial Hospital, as well as community donors, including Dr. Richard and Angie Workman, to improve the availability of recreational and wellness activities to the community.

This two-story facility will consist of a 25-meter, eight-lane competition swimming pool; a zero-entry recreation/therapy pool and lazy river; two basketball/volleyball courts; a fitness center with a suspended running track; hospital wellness center; locker rooms; concessions; offices; rentable space for gatherings; and supporting facilities.

鈥淵our team worked closely with the park district to save money without cutting corners.听 When the competitive bids came in well above our original budget, you suggested numerous cost saving measures to help get the project within budget without decreasing the recreational features we wanted.
