Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois

Since 2014, Poettker and its business partners have raised $340,000 from its annual golf classic for . Proceeds are used to support BBBS’s mission to help children realize their potential and build their futures through strong and enduring one-on-one mentoring relationships.

CEO PROGRAM

The CEO program is much more than a textbook course. Rather, students are immersed in real life learning experiences with the opportunity to take risks, manage the results, and learn from the outcomes.

Poettker is a proud sponsor of and hosts the students of the program at its headquarters for part of the school year. Members of ÌìÑÄÉçÇø’s leadership team serve on the boards of CEO programs, as well as mentor local students.

Community Link

As a proud Community Partner of , ÌìÑÄÉçÇø supports the nonprofit year-round with their efforts to provide work, educational and recreational opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. From participating in the nonprofit’s Buddy Walk to donating toys at Christmas, ÌìÑÄÉçÇø contributes to Community Link’s goal of building a community where everyone is valued for their presence and contributions.

NEXTGEN PROGRAM

As a partner in education, we love to connect students and teachers with the ÌìÑÄÉçÇø of their facilities and unlock interactive opportunities for students to build their futures while advancing communities.

At Poettker, our team collaborates with staff and faculty to inspire and promote positive character-building in the next generation — from early education through high school and beyond.

DREAM ON 3

ÌìÑÄÉçÇø’s Southeast Office hosts an annual clay shoot to benefit , a charity committed to making sports dreams a reality for children and young adults living with life-altering conditions. Thanks to 20 teams who competed and our amazing sponsors, we raised an incredible $52,000 in 2024! Poettker has already begun planning for its 2025 clay shoot. Founded in 2013, Dream On 3 programs have impacted over 36,000 individuals to date.
